Anything: Food is an excellent buffer of stomach acid - eat anything that doesn't seem to aggravate your symptoms; avoid alcohol, aspirin, nicotine, and analgesic medicines (except tylenol). Use antacids or h2 blockers or ppis as directed by your doctor.

Avoid unripe : Fruits, raw drupes ( fruits with a pit like cherries and plums), nuts and avocados. Also avoid candies, sweets and sugar in general. Good fruits include apples and pears. Veggies are carrots, fennel, turnip, cauliflower, green peas, zucchini and green leafy salad.
