Weight management: Losing weight is difficult, but best accomplished by life style changes that are permanent. Therefore eating healthy and from all food groups is still recommended. Make healthier choices, like lean meats, more fish, poultry or turkey and increase portions of vegetables. Also drink plenty of water. And exercise regularly.
