Workout Program: Recovery time depends on the type of resistance training you do, how many reps and sets, how much rest you get between sets. Many good work out program out there depending on your goals. In general try not to work specific body part more than 2 times a week and avoid doing back to back. A very good beginning program that incorporates power, strength and endurance principles is "body for life".
