Good news: Sounds ike your symptoms are not heart related and could be coming from something else. Rest assured but if it doesn't improve seek more medical evaluation again.

Stress test: If ischemia (less than normal blood supply) was present, addtional testing, including possible heart catheterizaton, is needed to determine the extent of disease and the best way to treat it.

CAD: Stress tests can be falsely negative. If pain persists, coronary angiography must be performed to rule out coronary artery disease.
