You should see a cardiologist since it looks like you were going in and out of atrial fibrillation. You need to know if you need blood thinners and, depending on the heart rate, a medicine to control the heart rate. So, see a cardiologist. Good luck!

I think that your intermittent bursts of A Fib were ignored as causing possible dangerous emboli and the potential need for anticoagulant therapy, even at your young age,& was not addressed and I'm surprised that you were not referred to a specialist. Please follow the advice from Dr. F to consult a cardiologist ASAP for appropriate treatment & follow-up care.
