My daughter gets some chest discomfort when playing soccer. ekg and echo normal. mild pfo. doctor thinks pots but wants stress test to see heart under exercise to recreate the condition she feels. wouldnt the echo shown anything serious?

A stress echo would give a lot more information with the heart does with exercise. Consult your cardiologist for further recommendations.
