Throat troubles: At your age it is unlikely that you have laryngeal cancer, check in with an ENT specialist to see what the cause of your problem is.

Unlikely: You probably have chronic inflammatory upper airway disease, an ENT evaluation and endoscopy will be helpful in deciding what problem you have and offering treatment. Laryngeal cancer is more common in smokers for many years.
