No cancer: But graves commonly leads to goiter. Will need to have an evaluation by an endocrinologist if you qualify for radioactive ablation, granted that there is no contraindications and that you indeed have serological evidence of graves disease. Good luck.

As much as anybody.: Your chance of thyroid cancer is as much as anybody else. There is no increased risk of thyroid cancer with graves', but it doesn't decrease the risk either.

Reevaluation: Do you have a goiter or an actual growth in the thyroid. In general, any growing mass should be evaluated or re-evaluated. The risk of cancer is low but if the graves was treated with radioactive iodine in the past and it is now growing, then the risk is higher.
