Anxiety around unexplained symptoms and findings is understandable. All things considered, there are many more frequent causes for nosebleeds than cancer. An exam with your doc will help alleviate your anxiety and guide through treatment for your condition.

In addition to the advice by Dr. P, you may apply small amount of emollient to the opening of the nose. Do not use too much to avoid inhaling the emollient. If that does not resolve the issue, see an ENT doctor for consideration of cauterization of the bleeding site. Sinus cancer at your age is very unlikely. Wish you good health!
