Yes probably: Assuming it is very loose and no other medical problems then yes pull it out gently then have child rinse mouth several times with water. Bleeding should be minimal but you can have child bite down on gauze for 5 to 10 minutes if any occurs.

No problem: If it's very loose, use some gauze or a thin washcloth to wrap around the tooth, then pull it out. If you don't remove it, there's usually no harm if it is swallowed, as it will usually pass right through the digestive tract.
