No treatment: No treatment is necessary. Most children grind their teeth at night while they are getting adult teeth. If your child has begun to lose baby teeth, he or she may intermittently grind their teeth. A mouthguard can be made if the grinding is severe. Most children stop on their own.

Not much: I assume that you really mean that he grinds his teeth together. A lot of children do that. There isn't anything that i know to solve this situation. He will probably grow out of it as he gets his permanent teeth.
