Ask doctor first: One should see the doctor enough times so the doctor knows what's happening with the symptoms and medicines, and also so the patient knows what to expect with the use of each medicine. The dr. Will want to know what were the symptoms to begin with, what drugs were tried already, what the plan was if strattera (atomoxetine) does not help, etc... Usually need more than 2 pills to see if strattera (atomoxetine) is helpful.

Stopping Strattera (atomoxetine): By all means stop strattera (atomoxetine). You have not been on long enough to need tapering. Contact the prescriber to let them kow what you did and why. Another medication can be substituted.
