Yes: Please discuss this with your doctor, but taking strattera (atomoxetine) in the morning sounds very sensible if it's disturbing your sleep when taken at night.

Yes: Strattera (atomoxetine) can cuase you to be more awake and be stimulating (a few patients do get sleepy with it). If it is interferring with your sleep, definetly take it in the morning.
