Strattera (atomoxetine): Did not say what your dosage is but you might try twice daily dosing to reduce side effects. Talk to your prescriber.

Experiment...: ... With how you take the stratterra. I would suggest dividing up your dose at first, taking most of it at night and a smaller amount in the morning. You don't say what your dose is, so i cannot say how i would do it. If that didn't help, i would suggest trying it at dinnertime instead of bedtime. You should be seeing a psychiatrist with experience using this drug.

Take it earlier.: You could try taking it in the late afternoon or early evening. You may also need to have the dose reduced if you are experiencing side effects. Consult with your physician about med adjustments. You can also try drinking 1-2 cups of coffee in the am w/ the strattera, (atomoxetine) if they don't make you too anxious.

Try alternative med: I would speak to your prescriber about alternative medications such as methylphenidate (Ritalin, Concerta), Adderall, (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) Provigil or Nuvigil.
