No: You should speak to the prescribing physician to re-titrate. Starting back at 100 mgs would increase the risk of unpleasant side effects initially.

Why would you?: I presume that when you first started taking straterra, you didn't start at 100 mgs, right? I bet your dr. Started on a lower dose and then gradually increased the dose. He or she did that to decrease chances of side effects, i'm sure. As such, starting on 100 mgs (the strongest available dose) would seem like you would run the risk of developing side effects. Please discuss with dr, or find one.

Best to titrate: Your prescriber may provide samples to achieve titration (gradual increase in dose. Start with a total daily dose of 40 mg for a minimum of 3 days, then increase to a target daily dose of 80 mg; after 2-4 additional weeks, the daily dose may be increased to a maximum of 100 mg in patients who have not achieved an optimal response. The maximum recommended total daily dose for adults is 100 mg.

Atomoxetine: Please don't be reckless with medications. It should be restarted at 40 mg/ day and should be taken under medical supervision.
