Not A Problem: Strattera (atomoxetine) is not toxic to the liver over time and does not require monitoring of liver function tests. If you have impaired liver function then you should be aware of that because it will affect the way you tolerate/metabolize many medications including strattera (atomoxetine). This can be evaluated by your physician.

Strattera (atomoxetine) and liver: If yoiu have been on strattera (atomoxetine) for a while and have not had any liver problems to dateit is unlikely you will develop any. Monitoring liver function is simple and if is a concern than have it done.
