Anxiety: I know, starting college is going to be a new stress. Calm down, talk to your psychologist and psychiatrist. Follow the instructions 100%. Don't ask ramdom people for advise, let your doc think about you and decide what is good for you.

Dont: Dont make medication adjustments on your own. Discuss the side effects you are having with your physician and follow his recommendations. If you are having a side effect of a medicine then stop it but do it under the supervision of your physician. Call his office asap.

Back to Zoloft (sertraline): Strattera (atomoxetine) is not a strong anti anxiety medication. Before making the change. Speak to your prescriber. I would not expect any problem making the switch.
