Probably fine: You certainly should make sure your physician is aware of the prior history, but strattera (atomoxetine) typically has little effect on the heart. If you are referring to a murmur, e.g., it would have no real impact. If the strattera (atomoxetine) is working but you're concerned, asked for a cardiology consultation.
