Follow advice: Aspirin is used in pregnancy for a variety of reasons. However, nearer to term, cessation of Aspirin is important since it can thin your blood and cause more bleeding during labor & delivery. There is enough blood loss during delivery without complicating the situation with a mild blood thinner like aspirin.
