My hemoglobin count is very high (825). i am taking asa 81mg baby aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid delayed release tablets) and 25mg teva-hydrochlorothiazide tablets. will these help me lower my hemoglobin count, or should i be taking something else?

The number you posted for Hb does not sound as a Hb value, there might be a typo, however none of the drugs listed, Aspirin or HCTZ would be expected to lower your hemoglobin. Confirm with your treating doc as further work up will be likely needed.
