Need more info: Why were you on Aspirin during your pregnancy in the first place? Aspirin can cause issues with the baby and put you at increased risk of bleeding, especially during the last trimester. However, it is always a balancing act between risk and benefit. Your doctor should be able to talk to you about their reasoning since they know your condition best.
