Safe if not bleeding: If you are 11 weeks pregnant it is safe to take low dose aspirin. This has been shown to be safe. We often precribe Aspirin to prevent pre - eclampsia and we will start it if there is no vaginal bleeding. Usually i wait until a fetal heart rate has been seen on ultraound. Your ivf doctor is probably using Aspirin for another reason such as history of pregnancy loss or coagulation disorder.
