I have no experience/knowledge about malaria pills in pregnancy. You need to discuss this with a local health person who does. I do have experience with HBP in pregnancy and know it can be very serious and puts you and your baby at high risk of dying - both of you. Go to uptodate.com and read more. Get a home BP cuff and take BP every day. Lower salt intake and keep in close touch with your OB.
