No: While the aspirin might upset your stomach, aspirin and vitamin C won't cause an abortion in the first trimester. If you are sure that abortion is the right answer for you there are doctors and clinics including Planned Parenthood that offer safe medical as well as surgical abortions. Hope this helps.
