13 weeks PG: You do not provide any information about your past medical history of clotting disorders. Therefore, I am going to defer to your present OB MD's advice because he/she has that information and is attempting to provide the best medical care for you.

Diagnosis: You will need to ask the doctor the diagnosis and seek clarification on why these medications are being prescribed. This sounds like a normal treatment plan for someone who has antiphospholipid antibody syndrome or some other coagulation disorder. Without knowing your medical history we can not comment on specifics
