Exercise: ? about what, besides meds, helps fibromyalgia (FM). Since deconditioned & spastic muscles are complicitous, muscle relaxation & tonification seem worthwhile therapies. Land-based physical therapy too pained for most with FM except when gravity is negated by buoyancy of water with aquatherapy. Massages with cannabis lotion relaxes muscle spasms. Edible cannabis indica provides general pain relief.
