Yes: One can not take LDN with opiates/narcotics but it is safe to take with cannabis oil. If you have fibromyalgia it would be worthwhile to see a "Lyme-literate doctor" to rule out Lyme, as most diagnosed with Fibromyalgia have undiagnosed Lyme.
