Various: As to list of fibromyalgia (FM) medications, three medications approved by FDA: Savella, (milnacipran) Lyrica, & Cymbalta. Many other meds used for symptoms associated w. FM; such as benzodiazepines for anxiety, Pamelor for depression & pain, opiates for pain, Flexeril for muscle spasm, Neurontin for nerve pain, Cannabis for sleep, mood, & pain, soporifics (Ambien) for sleep, antidepressants & migraine meds.
