I need help with fitness, where should i start if i've never done it before?

A Daily Walk: Is an awesome place to start. Next, a pcp consult to find out exactly how hard you can push yourself without risk: chronic conditions dictate a more measured approach before ramping up the intensity necessary to produce useful fitness gains. Once that's done, start eating clean, nutritious food and tossing out the stuff in your house you know is bad. Drink water and plenty of it! consider jogging!
