Dr. Rick Pospisil answered

Specializes in Orthopedic Surgery

Hip labrum: Trial with NSAIDs, stretching, avoidance of painful motions or activities. If that doesn't help see an orthopedic dr , consider one interarticular cortisone injection( guided by ultrasound), lastly hip arthroscopy for repair and or partial removal. ( surgery should be attempted by an experienced hip arthroscopist)
