See medical provider: You are the expert on your own body. If you feel something is wrong with your knee, you should see a medical provider for an evaluation and x-rays. If there is concern for a serious injury, an MRI may be ordered. If less severe, observation, physiotherapy or a knee brace may be prescribed. An injection may be another option to calm your knee down.
