No but its important: CRP is a marker for inflammation or infection. Your doctor should specify what it means for you. CRP in some people is an independent risk factor for cardiovascular disease. You should get this clairified by your doctor prior to starting an exercise program. Having a high CRP does not make you either more or less fit.
