See a podiatrist: 18 is fairly early to start having bunion pain. First, wear shoes that acomodate the bunion. Next- try some advil or aleve (naproxen) to reduce inflammation and pain. If still a problem, see your local podiatrist for further evaluation and treatment.

Get: It evaluated by podiatrist . See how bad it is and if you can get away with conservative treatments. He it is extremely large with high im angle then surgery may be needed.
