I am a 20 year old female and i have a movable soft painless lump on the side of my big toe where a bunion would be. i noticed it when i was around 15 years old and it never caused me pain. it hasnt gotten any bigger and i can move my foot the same?

Without any change in years could mean the soft tissue mass is benign. However I am concerned with the position of the mass and having repeated irrational from shoes. I also practice‘ that all masses should be removed and diagnosed properly.
