When i bend my toe occasionally there is a clicking noise. i had bunion surgery a year ago. should i get my screws removed?

If the screws are in place there is no need to remove them. Usually clicking on occasion is air getting into point like cracking your fingers. Not really a problem. X-ray will shoe screw position.
