Ankle sprain : It should be. Let your therapist know that you are pregnant and they will give you lighter excercise.

Ankle Sprain: An ankle sprain rehabilitation protocol will help you get your range of motion, strength and proprioception back which will help you prevent recurrent injury. This will have no negative effect on your pregnancy and no adjustments will have to be made during your 1st and early 2nd trimester as you are not restricted in activity during that time unless you have other concerns.

Yes: Therapy should be safe while pregnant. Simply alert the physical therapist that you are pregnant and he or she will take good care of you. Good luck.
