I got my ankle sprained about 3 months ago. i had therapy but it still hurts, i can't do some movements or wear certain high heels. what should i do?

Get an mri: I would expect the sprain to have healed more fully at this point. An MRI should be performed to evaluate for any ligament and cartilage damage.
