Yes: Ultrasound treatments to your ankle should be safe during pregnancy. There should be no radiation involved. If you have questions you should discuss it with your OB caregiver.

Ultrasound: It's generally considered safe but there is no guarantee as studies on pregnant patients are limited for obvious reasons. Ask your provider what the down side of not doing it is and weigh the risks and benefits.
