What treatments for panic disorder can i try at home?

Few things: Meditation/relaxation exercise, biofeeback, breathing exercises, and brown-bag breathing for acute episode etc... Unfortunately, severe panic cases will need professional help and possibly require use of medication/cognitive-behavioral therapy etc... Consult your doc for best treatment options for you. Good luck.

Behavioral - Other: There are a variety of behavioral strategies you can practice to help manage panic attacks. These include various relaxation techniques such as breathing exercises and meditation. You will also want to monitor you overall health and exposure to stress. It would be good for you to work with a therapist on these strategies.
