Few things: Meditation/relaxation exercise, biofeeback, breathing exercises, and brown-bag breathing for acute episode etc... Unfortunately, severe panic cases will need professional help and possibly require use of medication/cognitive-behavioral therapy etc... Consult your doc for best treatment options for you.
