My sister was diagnosed with panic disorder,we started the treatment 17 days ago, everything was looking good until she got her period 3 days ago, now it feels like she had t made any progress,shes in constant pain, is this normal? im hopeless?

It is not normal. It could be part of her panic disorder. If the period is abnormal or the pain persists - best is to get checked. Wish you and her well.
