What would cause low total bili? other lft's are normal although alt & ast are rising.on methotrexate (sarocidosis) im sure will be lowering mtx soon

Not a problem: I'm not that concerned about the bilirubin, but you're on Methotrexate and we have to watch the liver in that situation. I would ask your physician to assess what you're doing that could make the liver tests go up such as medications or alcohol.

See details: A low total bilirubin is not an issue. It generally means nothing. Rising alt and ast is likely related to methotrexate.
