All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your LFTs were not that bad and if these have returned to normal, you may watch and wait. Abstain from paracetamol and alcohol. Wish you good health!

Why would my liver enzymes Alt be 75 and AST be 31? with no Jaundice they have been rising for months now I do have fatty liver I feel okay tired a lot but fine. Is that too high? And can I take my hydrocodone I just had surgery?
