Test results: ast 62, alt 30, rdw 15.3. symptoms of fatigue, nausea/vomiting, upper abdo pain. gallbladder removed years ago.now off methotrexate and cimzia. next steps & tests? is some tylenol okay for arthritis/ back pain? i can't take nsaids.

Dose, no alcohol: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results only mildly abnormal. You may take nor more than 4.0 gm of Tylenol/day. No alcohol. Lose weight if you are overweight.
