Many possibilities: You may already know the answer by now, if you have seen the GI specialist. Elevated bilirubin may be side effect of drugs, excessive destruction of red cells, blockage to the flow of bile and more.

Hi, my liver test showed alp-69, ggt-93, s-alt(gpt)-107, s-ast(got)-58. Rest all reading normal incl. Albumin-41 & bilirubin total 6. Pl. Advise. Thanx?
Bilirubin level is 20 (normal 0-20). Blood count and others all normal. GGT is 17 range of 0-37. Individual ALT and AST are normal (ALT is 13 range of 0-55 & AST is 24 range of 0-34). But ALT/AST ratio is high. Should I get further liver tests?
