Well child visit: Well child visits: 2 wk, 2 m, 4 m, 6 m, 9 m, 12 m, 15 m, 18 m, 24 m, 30 m. Then once a year. Nurse record pulse, resp, bp, ht, wt, head measurement(up to 3 year), put in growth chart; take short interval history. Pediatrician goes thru all these, do a detail exam, update if behind immunization. Discuss growth and dev. Nutrition, healthy habits, gives anticipatory guidance, make referrrals if need.
