Hello. for future medicine/medication/vaccination,how are you all up to date? do you receive some sort of notification? have to take classes every year or two, or have to research on your own time?

Your Primary Care Dr is well versed and keeps up to date on the most current medication, vaccines, etc. Make sure you are having an annual physical so that any changes may be implemented and any early symptoms of disease may be caught and treated. They will also instruct in preventive strategies.

There are standard recommendations for vaccine use/ exams by age easily found online or promoted by your primary doc. You should keep a written vaccination record in a safe place. Docs expect you to have enough interest in your own good health to keep track of this on your own and or ask at visits. Some healthcare plans notify you when due for a checkup.
