My 9 year old son was nipped by our dog on his finger. there is a little bit of blood. does he need a tetanus injection if his vaccinations are up to date? are there any signs to look out for to take him to a doctor?

Dog bite: No tetanus booster is needed if up to date. Look for increasing pain and especially redness which may indicate an infection.
