Dieting: The common problems with diets is starvation will lead to less weight loss and more weight gain. So low calorie diets, especially extreme, will fail. Second is the very 100% true fact that sugars and carbs are the enemy. If your diet did not include a majority of protein calories rather than carbohydrate calories you will fail. And three if you did not do the moderate daily exercise you will fail.
