My weight keep increasing even though i exercise every other day. i wonder what can be the reason. i don't eat lot of unhealthy food or high quantities of food?

Keep a record: of ALL the calories you consume and the exact amount of exercise and type and take this to a nutritionist or a clinician. You don't give your age or gender, but women over 50 must exercise at least 45 minutes a day to keep from gaining weight. And it could also be another medical condition.
