The challenge: We all know how that feels ... I would suggest changing your routine and be sure to add weight training. If the weight won't leave - then it's time to build muscle. That usually does the trick. It will increase your metabolism and resting calorie burn. Cardio alone usually does not work to keep weight off/loss.

Check your thyroid: Eating healthy has different definitions for different people . For me it's hypoglycemic diet. If you have a chance read the book called " wheat bellys" by dr. Davis.See your doctor to have your thyroid checked.
